Digitalization that works as intended the first time
An implementation model designed for getting it right the first time, implementing fast, and eliminating setup overspending.
M.A.S.I (Map, Audit, Shop, Implement)
We have a model that we have used to digitize complex business models right the first time. It all begins with:
Mapping
We don't start projects based on promises. "Implementation flexibility" sounds reasonable until you realize it means "we'll play try and error with your company, on your dime, for the next 12 to 18 months".
Before we even touch a single license, we map everything. Processes, properties, handovers, notifications, workflows, what our guys will eat for the next 2 months. Nothing moves forward until we have a solid bluprint locked and signed by you.
Audit
We don't discover problems during the implementation. We audit the entire tech stack beforehand to confirm that everything mapped in stage one can actually be built - exactly as approved.
Imagine spending weeks planning a big holiday dinner, only to walk into the kitchen that day and find out there's no oven. That's insane. And it happens every day in software implementations.
Shop
You get the licenses the day you start using them. Here's a pattern nobody talks about: you buy the licenses, then spend 4 months implementing, then finally start using what you paid for. That's 4 months of a subscription you burned through before getting a single dollar of value out of it.
We flip it. The licenses are purchased when implementation is ready to begin — so the moment you're live, the clock starts working for you, not against you.
Implement
Fast because we already did the hard part. By the time we're building, there are no surprises. No scope debates. No "wait, can we actually do that?"
We know what we're building. We know it works. We know the order it needs to happen in.
Now if you are thinking of getting in touch with us to do a custom digitalization project, check the models we have already implemented first. They work, they are adaptable, and we don't need to start from scratch at the bottom of this page.
These are the deliverables you will have in any of our custom projects
A treasure map
Every process will be documented in a simple, visual workflow. Your team will actually understand how things work and why.
Specific property mapping
We map every data point your operation needs before building anything. Nothing goes through the cracks and you get clean reports from day one.
Updates and "Nos"
We move fast, and will keep you posted on major milestones. It's your project. And in order to keep it on track, we're more than happy to tell you "that extra thing you want will not happen in phase one".
Design for people
Expect a process that's simple for the operator, leverages automation for data entry, and training. Tons of training.

Project based model
You don't have sales people, you have consultants who sell something complicated -- a service, a machine, custom software. You know, B2B.
And the moment a deal closes, people get passive aggresive.
Operations claim sales overpromised. Sales thinks operations underdelivered. And nobody can tell you exactly how much money each project actually made.
This is for you.
Talent based model
You sell talent. It means you don't just have a sales pipeline, you have a pipeline of candidates to manage before you can deliver anything.
CVs flood in. Someone prequalifies them. Talent qualifies them again. Recruitment gets the on a call to, you know, qualify them. Then documents, validation, follow up, compliance, immigration, and a long tortuos etc.
Multiply all that by doing it across borders.
We already figured it out. And it doesn't require the expensive, tailored solution you think it does.
Production based model
Your sales reps are technically brilliant. Their sales process, not so much.
And whatever they sell, someone has to build. Which means operations, logistics and QA are involved before the deal even closes.
When it does close, the rep becomes everyone's favorite visitor. Showing up at vevery department, asking for updates, for all their clients, every single day.
Operations loves it. Logisticsd loves it. QA absolutely loves it.
We unified the whole operation under on system. Now everyone sees what they need, nobody chases anyone, and now you can finally focus on growing the business instead of putting out fires.
