# Privacy policy

What we collect when you visit sap-asap.mx or ask us for a proposal, why we collect it, and how you can see, fix or delete it. Last updated: October 25, 2026.

## Who is responsible for your data

SAP ASAP is the trade name of Hector Luis Morales Pereira, based in Mexico City, Mexico, who is responsible for the personal data described in this policy. For anything related to your data, write to [hector@sap-asap.mx](mailto:hector@sap-asap.mx).

## What we collect

**What you give us.** When you fill out a form on this site (for example, to request a proposal): your name, work email, company, job title, phone, country, the package you configured and anything you write in the comments. When you book a meeting with us: the details you enter in the scheduling tool.

**What we collect automatically.** Pages you visit, how you got here (for example, an ad or a search, including campaign tags in the link), your approximate location based on your IP address, your browser and device. We use cookies and similar technologies for this (see "Cookies" below).

We do not ask for sensitive data, and we do not knowingly collect data from people under 18.

## Why we use it

- To answer your request, prepare your proposal and schedule calls with you.
- To follow up on that conversation by email or phone, and to send you information about our services. You can opt out at any time with the link in each email or by writing to us.
- To understand which pages, ads and campaigns bring useful visits, and to improve the site.
- To measure our ads and show them to people likely to be interested, including people similar to our visitors.
- To comply with legal obligations and protect our rights.

The first two are necessary to respond to what you asked for. The last three require your consent where the law asks for it, and you can withdraw it at any time.

## Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent your personal data. We share it only with service providers that process it on our behalf and under their own security commitments:

- **HubSpot**: hosts this site, our forms, our CRM, email and meeting scheduling.
- **Google** (Google Analytics): site analytics.
- **Meta** (Meta Pixel): ad measurement and audiences on Facebook and Instagram.

These providers may store data on servers in the United States or other countries. We may also disclose data when the law requires it.

## Cookies

Cookies are small files your browser stores so a site can remember you. We use:

- **Necessary cookies**, so the site and its forms work.
- **Analytics cookies** (HubSpot and Google Analytics), to understand how the site is used.
- **Advertising cookies** (Meta Pixel), to measure our ads and reach relevant audiences.

You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings. You can also opt out of interest-based ads from Meta in your Facebook or Instagram ad preferences, and from Google at [adssettings.google.com](https://adssettings.google.com). Blocking cookies may affect how some parts of the site work.

## How long we keep it

We keep your data while we have a business relationship or a conversation in progress with you, and afterwards for as long as needed to meet legal obligations or resolve disputes. If you ask us to delete it, we do so unless the law requires us to keep it.

## Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, to object to or limit its use, or to stop sending you marketing. If you are in Mexico, these are your ARCO rights (access, rectification, cancellation and opposition) under the federal personal data protection law. If you are in the United States, we do not sell or share your personal information for money.

To exercise any of these rights, email [hector@sap-asap.mx](mailto:hector@sap-asap.mx) with your name, the email you used with us and what you are asking for. We will reply within the time the applicable law sets, and no later than 20 business days.

## How we protect it

Your data lives in systems with access control, encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access limited to the people who need it to serve you. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects your data, we will notify you as the law requires.

## Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will publish the new version on this page with its date. If the change is significant, we will tell you by email when we have it.
